Where we ship

We deliver within South Africa using PUDO.

Shipping options and costs

Single box orders

  • PUDO Locker to Locker: R115,00
  • PUDO Locker to Door: R180,00
  • PUDO Locker to Courier Guy: R135,00

Two box orders

  • PUDO Locker to Locker (2 boxes): R230,00
  • PUDO Locker to Door (2 boxes): R360,00
  • PUDO Locker to Courier Guy (2 boxes): R270,00

No Shipping

Select this if you will arrange your own shipping or collect your order. Please contact us after placing your order so we can arrange this with you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are subject to change.

Locker and kiosk orders

  • For Locker to Locker orders, please add your preferred locker in the Order notes at checkout.
  • For Locker to Courier Guy orders, your order is sent from a PUDO locker to a Courier Guy kiosk or branch. Please add your preferred kiosk or branch in the Order notes at checkout.
  • We cannot ship without this information. Please double check the name and location before you place your order.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to PUDO within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 noon, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays and high-volume periods.

Tracking

We will WhatsApp you a tracking number once your order ships. Track package here.

Collection

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please collect it within the time allowed. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.

Delivery problems

If your order is late, damaged or lost, contact us at admin@swartlanddriedfruit.co.za with your order number. We will take it up with PUDO and sort it out with you.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address, locker or kiosk that was entered incorrectly.
